These terms govern your use of Mailcrush. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mailcrush. If you are using Mailcrush on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Your Account and Google Access

You connect Mailcrush by authorizing Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Mailcrush performs Gmail actions only as you initiate them, such as marking messages as read, archiving, labeling, or triggering unsubscribe requests.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Use Mailcrush only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • Do not upload or transmit malware or abusive content.
  • Comply with Google’s terms and Gmail policies while using Mailcrush.

4. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Mailcrush at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

5. Fees

Mailcrush may offer free or paid plans. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout.

6. Third-Party Services

Mailcrush integrates with Google services. Your use of Google services is governed by Google’s terms, and we are not responsible for Google’s services or availability.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in Mailcrush, including software, designs, and branding. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in Mailcrush.

8. Termination

You may stop using Mailcrush at any time by disconnecting Google access. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required by law.

9. Disclaimers

Mailcrush is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailcrush will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mailcrush harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Mailcrush is headquartered, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
